My briefcase was stolen and I needed to replace my Palm PDA. I have been using the Palm OS for seven years. I loved it and was looking to upgrade. Initially the unit worked out fine.After a couple of days, the unit would freeze and the only way to turn it off was to let the battery run out.It also caused my computer to crash after syncing! I returned the item now I have to wait and see if Overstock thinks the unit is defective!! Customer service has been very helpful in providing return info, etc.

I just replaced my Palm Tungsten E with the Tungsten E2. I am happy with this machine. It has brighter colors, more capacity and works very well.
