Shortly after I purchased this product, I damaged the power supply cord. This cable is unique to this Notebook Cooler and not available anywhere but the manufacturer. When I contacted StarTech for a replacement cord, they told me I would have to purchase a completely new product. I would not purchase this product, nor any other product from Startech.

While this cooler does work, it does not adhere to the bottom of the laptop so it moves around constantly. I am going to trade it in for one that clamps onto the laptop. It is very irritating! But, it does do a wonderful job of cooling the laptop and it is very quiet.
