I needed a replacement AC adapter for my Toshiba laptop, and that's what I got for a very reasonable price. Although the ad did not detail that the adapter was used or reconditioned, that's what it appears to be, and that's fine with me for the money. The heavier, removable section of the cord that plugs into the wall outlet was gray, while the box and other cable were black. Everything looked new or in nearly-new condition, so it's possible that it was new, but even if not, it was a good value and works exactly as it should. Shipping was prompt and the price was right.

This was the product I expected and it is functioning fine....for now. My only issue is that the product was used and I was never made aware of that until I received the product. I would have liked a better price for a used product Otherwise, I would have liked to have known that the product was used.
