I like the computer, but not all of the software on it. I don't like Vista Windows or the new Office Works package.

I bought this laptop and it works great, the only thing was when I bought it they sent the wrong power cable with it. A quick sign on and talk via e-mail with customer service and I had a replacement within a week. Again, love my laptop and quick customer service response.

I already own a midnight blue one of which I am 100% satisfied. When I saw this refurbished model available, I thought that the price was very economical and I bought it for a friend. You cannot go wrong with Dell with respect to bang for the buck. I am very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it to another.
