This is a good cheap temporary replacement for my dieing (battery about shot) Palm. Two things I miss: It doesn't have Notepad and will not run Mobipocket (so a lot of my ebooks are unreadable). Overall though, good value .

I had never owned or used a PDA prior to this purchase, but I needed something to organize my life! I chose this product because of the excellent reviews I found in other places for it and for the fact that it had a keypad. I love my palm and can't imagine how I went so long without one! The only slight problem I had was that I placed all of my calendar and contact information into the Palm Desktop software before I learned that this model only responds to Outlook. I set Outlook up and have been using my palm to great success ever since!

Beware...what they don't tell you is the product does not come with a CD to install it onto your computer or a handbook. I had to install the PDA from a website, then download the manual (which is about 175 pages). Overall the PDA is a good buy.

I think for the price the service that I have received so far is great. I upgraded from an outdated Sharp organizer so this has organized my crazy life to it's fullest. I have been using it for two months now and all is well so far.
