I appreciate the price and the quickness of delivery. the main problem is that the computere did not put the correct program for the HP to automatically backup files and folders. I am still trying to get the corrected. I had to create recovery discs and now I assume I'll have to do something more because the message is still reading not emough memory for backup. This is very frustration. The "help/support" said vista is not compatible with HP in this area.

The computer looks nice but runs VERY slow, including the internet!! I believe it to be because of Vista. Also, I thought the OS would come installed, but I had do it with poor instructions - had to call HP to help. Like the computer but am considering uninstalling Vista.
