The computer was everything I expected.....Only after I had to resolve the Administrator Password problem. I could not get into my new computer because it was refurbished and "someone" did not take the time to remedy this problem. Overstock took care of the problem without any hassels and that is why I will contine to shop with them. They put out good products at great prices and are always willing to work with you if you are not happy..... can't say that for many companies!!!!

I wasn't paying too much attention when I made this purchase just excited to finally get my own computer.
I expected to get the computer in the picture but mine was a different color and I didn't realize that it was refurbished these things were mentioned I just didn't notice. The computer works really good so far and the screen has nice color to it but next time I would like to purchase a new computer with more features like a web cam and microphone.

Works greats for a Laptop computer. However, if you are looking for a computer for gaming, this one isn't for you. Otherwise, works great!

I purchased a laptop tor my duaghter and we had a lot of pro lems with it . we did an exchange and that was still and issue. Finally I decided to purchase her a vaio like mine and we couldnt be happier. I have purchased 2 in the last 2 months and i as very happy. All the bells and whistles and very mobile.
